About the Organisation

Oriaxis is a workplace wellness and mental health consultancy dedicated to supporting both organisations and individuals in achieving sustainable well-being and performance.

The name Oriaxis is derived from the concept of alignment, bringing people, systems, and purpose into balance. “Ori” speaks to origin, identity, and direction, while “Axis” represents stability, structure, and alignment. Together, Oriaxis reflects our core philosophy: that when people are supported and aligned, organisations are better positioned to thrive.

We operate at the intersection of people, performance, and purpose, offering integrated solutions that address both organisational and individual mental health needs.

Through a combination of workplace wellness services, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) support, private practice counselling, training, and group interventions, Oriaxis provides tailored, evidence-informed solutions designed for today’s evolving work environments. We believe that supporting people is not separate from performance, it is the foundation of it.
